Mug Meet Ups are drop in mornings where you can grab a cuppa and a chat .
This is an opportunity to meet up with other women living with cancer. “The Support Group has helped me to meet other women in the same situation as myself. We were able to chat about our circumstances and get support from each other.”

Justine Brown, Health & Wellbeing Worker for North Belfast (BHSCT) will kick off our Take 5 Programme on Friday 3rd October 2025, 10.30am – 12.00pm in Cancer Lifeline.
This course (lasting five weeks) will improve your physical health and wellbeing through the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing.
