“Get Active” – Breath work with movement

January 15 @ 11:00 am - 12:30 pm

This course (lasting five weeks) will improve your physical health and wellbeing through the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing.  They will help to improve your level of flexibility, fitness and positive wellbeing, supporting you to become more active.  Please wear comfortable clothing.
