WE ARE STILL HERE FOR YOU.

Dear Member

We understand this is an anxious time for everyone, especially cancer patients and their families. Due to Covid-19 we have suspended all one to one and group, face to face support services, in line with advice from the Public Health Agency. The building is currently closed to the public but staff are in, putting in place different ways to offer you support. We understand this may change as daily advice and instruction comes through.

Please remember we are still here to offer you support, albeit in a different way.  Please see below a summary of how we plan to do this.

We urge you to keep safe and follow Public Health Agency guidance at all times, www.phasite/coronavirus  If you are unable to access the website for any reason, contact the NHS Coronavirus helpline on 111.

Cancer Lifeline will try to make contact by phone with as many of you as possible over the coming weeks but we can’t stress enough, PLEASE contact us by telephone if you need help and we will do our best to respond. If you can’t get through leave a message and we will get back to you.

RING US ON LANDLINE: 02890351999 OR MOBILE: 07949109091

(If you cannot get through on the landline, that will mean we will have been advised to follow strict guidelines to work from home. Please use the mobile number to contact us in this case.)

Please read the details on the back of this letter on how we plan to support you until we can return to our full programme of support programmes. We look forward to seeing you when that time comes and to celebrating the official opening of the wonderful new premises. Until then keep well, stay safe and please call if you need us.

Thinking of you all x

From Everyone at Cancer Lifeline
