 Walking Group ​ All you need is comfortable shoes or trainers, a warm coat for cold days and a waterproof coat & hat for those rainy days. Walking can help if you suffer from any of the following - not sleeping / eating or feeling anxious or just having a busy mind and liftstyle. Group meets at Cancer Lifeline at 10.15am every Thursday.   This term we are planning some monthly trips to do walks in public parks, gardens centres and other areas of interest.   See below for list of dates during October 2016 - March 2017.
